The Wilson House—Keeping the Historic Charm but Reviving the Appeal
The Wilson House has a unique blend of English Cottage and Craftsmen styling. While preparing this historic office space for businesses like yours, we have given careful attention to refreshing the appearance without disturbing the heritage. Maintaining that history is important to us and we believe you will appreciate the care we have invested to every detail. At the same time, we have reinvigorated every area to be bright and appealing with a touch of modern in the light fixtures and flooring—bringing it into the modern day.
How long are the rentals for?
We offer monthly and annual options for the office spaces. The co-working space will be available for daily or monthly rental. Our multi-functional room is available for hourly or daily rental.
What about internet?
The Wilson House is dialled in to deliver on speed. We have the latest Fibe network to ensure you have very fast internet and can carry on business without any obstructions.
Do you provide office cleaning?
We have a weekly cleaning service that will be ensuring all common areas are looking their best and clean with an option of providing office cleaning if required—for an additional fee.
What about power and lighting?
Each office comes well-equipped with many receptacles for plugging in all your equipment. Every office has overhead lighting and of course boasts large windows allowing for significant natural lighting.
What are the hours of use?
The Wilson House will primarily be open 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. If a tenant requires extended hours, there is flexibility which can be arranged with the management team.
Who is this office space best suited for?
Due to the fact that the management team are the owners of Whitby Massage (right next door), professionals within the Health and Wellness field would be the best fit as we believe strongly in referrals and this has the potential be a perfect partnership. Other professionals such as lawyers, accountants, designers…would be very suitable as well. Not sure if your business is the right fit—please reach out to us—we would love to have a conversation.
Is there a kitchenette?
Yes, we have a stocked kitchenette complete with a microwave and Keurig. There is an area for eating your lunch or enjoying a snack within the kitchen area too—nice, sleek countertop and bar stools make it a very comfortable experience
