These rent by the day or month desks come complete with a comfortable chair, desk lamp, and a fully-functional desk. The kitchenette is always available to users of this area as well to take a break or heat up a meal.

This spacious and modern styled kitchenette provides the perfect place to heat up lunch or enjoy a delicious coffee over some friendly banter with a co-worker. It comes stocked with dishes, a microwave and Keurig machine. The sophisticated counter top and bar stools provide a contemporary appeal for that tasty snack.

We offer a total of six esteemed offices for rent. Office rental agreements can be arranged for monthly or annual contracts—whichever suits you best. Each private office has significant natural light flooding in through its expansive windows and reflecting off the lightly coloured walls to provide an airy and uplifting work environment. Offices have brand new sound-absorbing carpeting to ensure a quiet and conducive working atmosphere for all. Each office comes equipped with a storage closet, secure entrance and an original 1928 glass handle for door entrance to set a unique tone. Multi-functional Studio Space

This dynamic space is the perfect fit for hosting an instructional class, board meeting, presentation, or an educational course. It’s unique design boasts ample space for most activities and comes with an elevated area for instruction and presenting. The overall space is approximately 200 square feet—lower level and elevated section combined. Pop-up tables and stackable chairs are available upon request. Monthly and annual tenants receive a discounted rate for use of this space.
